Qualifications

• Qualified Lawyer with significant experience in Intellectual Property and Trademark law, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
• Proven track record of successfully managing senior-level client relationships and legal teams.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a team towards excellence.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on business development and strategic growth.
• Must have some level of business ability and winning and maintaining clients.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE IP laws and regulations, along with international IP frameworks.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced legal environment.
