Job summary

STYLO in Dubai is seeking a Finance Invoicing Clerk to generate and process customer invoices, credit notes, and tax documents in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least two years of invoicing, billing operations, or accounts support experience.
• Good understanding of accounting software and electronic invoicing procedures.
• Strong MS Excel skills for financial recordkeeping and reporting.
• Familiarity with applicable tax regulations and invoicing documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Generate and process customer invoices, credit notes, and tax documents.
• Maintain billing records by entering invoice details and reviewing transactions.
