Job summary

Swisslinx Middle East is seeking an Investor Relations & Operations Manager in Dubai to own the firm’s investor relations, LP servicing, and operational rhythm. You will support founding partners, manage subscription flow in Carta, and coordinate LP reviews and annual meetings.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in fund administration or VC back‑office roles, with US GAAP/IFRS knowledge, strong writing skills, and the ability to work autonomously. UAE-based candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in fund administration or private equity/VC back‑office
• Understanding of US GAAP or IFRS for investment funds
• Exceptional writing skills for external communications
• Ability to work autonomously with high discretion
• Based in UAE and holds a western degree

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for limited partners and ensure prompt document delivery
• Prepare quarterly fund updates and collect reporting from portfolio companies
• Join LP calls with partners to review portfolio performance and new investments
• Onboard LPs into SPVs and manage subscription documents via Carta
• Coordinate annual LP KYC refreshes with provider and investors
• Review K‑1s and coordinate with CPAs and auditors year‑end
