Job summary

Swisslinx Middle East is conducting a confidential search for an Investment Analyst in Dubai. This role provides exposure to Founding Partners and the full investment process from initial review to closing.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in international banking or VC, strong modelling skills, and experience with technology investments. Office-based role with demanding hours and opportunities in the funds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a reputable international investment bank, private equity or VC firm as an Analyst.
• Experience in venture capital, growth equity, technology investments or software-related transactions is advantageous.
• Strong financial modelling skills and ability to build models from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed due diligence on investment opportunities.
• Lead calls with founders, customers, and industry experts.
• Build financial models and run scenario analyses.
• Analyse cap tables, dilution and future financing rounds.
• Develop investment thesis, market sizing and competitive landscape.
