Job summary

AQR, a global investment firm, seeks a capable Business Development Associate to support senior team members in building investor relationships and deepening product knowledge. You will update marketing materials and coordinate distribution of white papers, webinars, and analysis.

You will ensure timely responses to RFIs/RFPs, liaise with portfolio managers to keep high-quality presentations, and coordinate investor meetings, including efforts in the Middle East and with Sovereign Wealth Funds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Economics, Finance, Business, Science, Quantitative, or Engineering.
• 3+ years of relevant post-undergraduate experience.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to senior members of the Business Development team to build and deepen investor relationships
• Develop strong AQR product and asset class knowledge
• Update marketing materials and coordinate the distribution of white papers, webinars, and analysis
• Ensure completion of Requests for Proposal/Information and Due Diligence Questionnaires
• Interact with portfolio managers to maintain high-quality presentation materials
• Act as a point of contact for existing investors and coordinate responses to inquiries
• Coordinate client meetings and conference calls
• Assist the MD in the development and execution of sales strategies in the Middle East and for Sovereign Wealth Funds
• Cover a meaningful amount of the Tier 2 and 3 client base within the first 18 months
