RGG Capital in Dubai seeks an Investment Director to lead investment research and coordinate the end-to-end process. You will work with senior leadership to enhance research capabilities, optimize portfolio operations, and drive analytical excellence across the investment division.

This role is highly autonomous, requiring deep market knowledge and rigorous analysis across strategies and geographies. Relocation and UAE tax advantages are noted for candidates joining the Dubai headquarters.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of professional experience in investment management.
• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Finance, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field. Programming skills in Python for investment analysis and portfolio management.
• Exceptional research and written communication skills. Proven ability to coordinate and manage projects in multi-stakeholder investment environments.
• Proficiency in Bloomberg and industry-standard investment tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Investment Due Diligence—Source, screen, and evaluate opportunities across strategies and geographies.
• Coordinate the Due Diligence Process with internal teams and produce investment memoranda for leadership.
• Conduct Macro Research and Market Analysis to inform decisions and portfolio positioning.
