Job summary
Richmond Properties, a Dubai-based real estate firm, seeks a Head of Research to lead investment intelligence and strategy for international growth. You will oversee research on global investor demand, identify markets and opportunities, and translate complex data into clear, commercially relevant insights for decision-making.
You will present research and investment theses to HNW/UHNW investors, family offices and funds at international roadshows and events, shaping Richmond’s global investment
Qualifications
- Significant experience in investment research, capital markets, real estate, economics or strategy.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to turn data into commercial insight.
- Excellent written and spoken English with ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Research international markets to identify demand for Dubai real estate.
- Analyze capital flows, investor behavior, macro trends and regulatory factors.
- Build profiles of HNW/UHNW investors and wealth managers.
- Identify priority markets and commercial opportunities for Richmond.
- Combine data and primary research to develop actionable insights.
- Conduct interviews with investors, advisers, fund managers and developers.
- Develop clear investment theses and compelling narratives.
- Produce concise management-grade research with actionable conclusions.
- Present research to international investors and senior stakeholders.
- Represent Richmond at roadshows, conferences and media panels.
