Flynn and Chase is seeking an Investment Associate for its Abu Dhabi-based Private Credit Funds team. The role covers origination, underwriting, execution and ongoing portfolio monitoring across geographies and strategies.

You will work with senior team members on capital deployment, fund commitments, secondaries and co-investments within a rapidly scaling institutional platform. This is a high-exposure, partner-led environment in a leading GCC platform.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
3–5 years in private credit fund primaries or secondaries underwriting or related exposure.
Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
Sound knowledge of credit documentation and transaction structuring.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard financial analysis tools.

Responsibilities

Contribute across the full investment lifecycle for private credit fund commitments.
Underwrite GP, perform strategy due diligence, financial modelling and sector research.
Prepare investment committee memoranda and presentation materials.
Coordinate due diligence with third-party advisors and legal counsel.
Contribute to fund structuring, terms negotiation and documentation review.
Monitor fund performance and deployment progress; report to stakeholders.
Support risk assessment and valuation procedures; market intelligence and sourcing.
