Job summary

Client of Michael Page is seeking a senior investment professional in Dubai to evaluate and execute M&A, private equity, and strategic investment opportunities. You will build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses, and prepare investment memoranda for the investment committee.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A, private equity or principal investments.
• Strong transaction execution experience across mergers, acquisitions or investments.
• Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Experience developing investment committee materials and transaction analyses.
• Strong commercial and analytical acumen with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

• Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses
• Prepare investment memoranda presentations and investment committee materials
• Conduct commercial financial operational and market due diligence
• Perform sector research market mapping and target screening exercises
• Support transaction execution processes from origination through completion
• Coordinate with legal financial commercial and tax advisors
• Analyse industry trends and identify potential investment opportunities
• Monitor portfolio company performance and key operating metrics
• Assist management teams with strategic and operational initiatives
• Engage with senior stakeholders investors and external advisors
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
• Support business development and relationship management activities
• Contribute to value creation projects across portfolio investments
