Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking an experienced Warehouse/Storekeeper to oversee inventory management, ensure accurate ERP records, and supervise storage, handling, and dispatch of honey, beeswax, lab supplies, and packaging materials.

The role covers FIFO/FEFO implementation, stock reconciliations, and coordination with Quality, Commercial, and Procurement teams. A related degree and 3+ years in agriculture or food manufacturing is preferred, with ERP proficiency and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against POs and delivery notes.
• Record all inventory transactions in the ERP system.
• Maintain accurate records for raw materials, packaging, spare parts, PPE, lab consumables, and finished products.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations.
• Conduct periodic physical inventories and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory turnover and optimize stock levels.
• Organize warehouse storage to maximize space and efficiency.
• Ensure proper storage conditions for honey, beeswax, packing materials, lab chemicals, and sensitive items.
• Apply FIFO and FEFO where applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and warehouse housekeeping.
• Ensure safe material handling practices.
• Issue materials only against approved requests.
• Supply beekeeping equipment, hive components, packaging, spare parts, and lab supplies as needed.
• Track material consumption by department and project.
• Maintain traceability of all movements.
• Receive finished honey and related products and verify quantities/performance.
• Coordinate finished goods storage with Quality and Commercial teams.
• Prepare products for dispatch and customer orders; monitor shelf life and stock rotation.
• Monitor minimum/maximum levels and identify shortages for replenishment.
• Coordinate with Procurement on deliveries and verify received quantities.
• Maintain warehouse records, GRN/GIN, stock transfers, and reconciliation reports.
• Support audits and inventory verification activities.
• Ensure storage complies with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, UAE Organic, and EU Organic standards.
• Maintain batch identification and product traceability.
• Prevent contamination and damage; protect stored materials.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure safe warehouse operations and report hazards or defects.
• Support continuous improvement and digital inventory systems.
