Job summary

Gradiant Manufacturing LLC Dubai is seeking a Stores Assistant to support daily warehouse and inventory operations. You will receive, store, issue, and maintain materials while ensuring stock accuracy and efficient store management. A background in manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and strong English communication. This is a full-time on-site position based in Dubai, UAE, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in stores, warehouse, or inventory management.
• High school diploma or equivalent with basic computer literacy.
• Experience with ERP/inventory software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials.
• Store and identify materials in designated locations.
• Issue materials to production and other departments as approved.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP and manual registers.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and assist audits.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety in store/warehouse.
• Label and organize materials for quick retrieval.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Logistics for material flow.
• Maintain docs for receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
• Support continuous improvement of inventory accuracy.
