Job summary

Wolfi’s Group in the UAE seeks a Stock & Replenishment Coordinator to ensure stock is available where needed across Wolfi’s Sport Trading (WST), Wolfi’s Bike Shop (WBS), warehouse, and retail locations. You will monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishments from the central warehouse, manage inter-location transfers, and maintain accurate inventory records to support a seamless customer experience.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with 1–3 years in stock control, strong Excel skills, and

Qualifications

1–3 years of stock control, inventory coordination, or a similar role.
Experience with stock transfers, replenishment, inventory movements is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Good Excel skills and comfortable with spreadsheets and inventory data.
Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to identify stock issues and proactively take action.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through to completion.
Experience within retail, distribution, cycling or sporting goods is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Monitor stock levels across locations including WST, WBS, retail and warehouse.
Identify replenishment requirements based on stock availability and operational needs.
Proactively replenish low-stock and out-of-stock items.
Maintain visibility of stock availability to support operations and sales.
Coordinate stock replenishment from central warehouse to locations.
Maintain accurate inventory records and data across systems.
