Job summary

Al Ghazi Al Aufi Company Llc in the United Arab Emirates seeks an Inventory Controller to manage the complete inventory cycle from receiving to distribution and replenishment across Dubai-based stores and networked warehouses. You will enforce inventory control procedures, monitor stock levels, and ensure accurate records in ERP, POS, and inventory systems.

In this role you will conduct cycle counts and audits, monitor slow/fast-moving and obsolete stock, coordinate transfers between warehouses

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the complete inventory cycle from receiving and storage to distribution and store replenishment
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures policies and best practices
• Monitor stock levels across stores and warehouses and ensure optimal inventory availability
• Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses and retail stores
• Ensure accurate inventory records across ERP POS and inventory management systems
• Conduct regular stock counts cycle counts and physical inventory audits
• Monitor slow-moving fast-moving excess damaged and obsolete inventory
• Work closely with purchasing warehouse logistics sales and retail teams to ensure smooth stock flow
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
• Ensure stores receive the right products and quantities based on demand and sales performance
• Analyze historical sales and inventory data to support replenishment and purchasing decisions
• Identify opportunities to improve stock accuracy reduce losses and optimize working capital
• Monitor inventory turnover stock availability shrinkage and other key inventory KPIs
• Ensure compliance with company inventory procedures and internal controls
