Job summary

IKEA UAE (Al-Futtaim) is hiring for a warehouse/logistics role in Dubai. The candidate will manage replenishment, unload deliveries, and move stock to designated racks while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires 1–2 years of UAE warehouse experience, the ability to walk extensive distances on concrete floors for long shifts, and lifting up to 40kg. Flexible shifts, including early mornings, are expected and forklift certification is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of verifiable warehouse, logistics, or heavy retail replenishment experience within the UAE.
• Exceptional physical stamina to walk on concrete warehouse floors for 9-hour shifts and lift heavy flat-pack furniture up to 40kg.
• Flexible to work extreme early morning (3:00 AM) or late night shifts; UAE RTA Category 7/8 forklift license prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Execute rapid inventory replenishment across self-serve furniture and market hall areas before store opening, following safety and merchandising guidelines.
• Operate manual pallet jacks and heavy lifting equipment to unload deliveries and move stock to warehouse racks.
• Maintain compliance with Health and Safety protocols and report damaged inventory to Goods Flow Team Leader.
