Job summary

Grove Collaborative in Dubai is seeking an Inventory Administrative Support to assist the Inventory team with data entry, updates, and routine reporting in a fast-paced environment.

You will pull and organize inventory, sales, and forecast data from multiple systems, maintain accurate SKU records, track POs and shipments, and prepare recurring reports to prevent stockouts and optimize operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Inventory team with data entry, file updates, and routine report generation.
• Pull and organize inventory, sales, and forecast data from multiple systems.
• Maintain clean, current records across SKUs to ensure data accuracy.
• Track purchase orders, shipments, and inventory receipts, flagging discrepancies.
• Assist with routine reconciliations between systems to prevent stockouts or overages.
• Prepare recurring reports and trackers for the Inventory team on a set cadence.
• Respond to routine data requests from cross-functional partners.
• Follow documented processes closely and elevate complex issues.
