Job summary

Egis Group in Dubai is seeking a Storekeeper to organize and manage warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control and a safe storage environment. You will receive, store, pick, and ship goods while maintaining organized locations and up-to-date records.

The role requires 2–3 years in a similar warehouse setting, strong English communication, and solid knowledge of inventory systems and MS Office. This is a full-time on-site position in Dubai with an emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in a storekeeper/warehouse role.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent record-keeping abilities and basic math skills.
• Physical stamina to lift, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations procedures and safety practices.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack and store incoming shipments in designated areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems.
• Pick, pack and prepare outgoing orders for shipment.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Organize warehouse layout for optimal space utilization.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill inventory requests.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the storage facility.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, damages and discrepancies.
