Responsibilities

• Calculate figures for food inventories, orders and costs.
• Maintain clear, organized records for reports and invoices.
• Post invoices using computer programs.
• Conduct inventory audits to determine levels and needs.
• Notify manager of low stock levels.
• Verify and track received inventory and complete reports.
• Adhere to food safety and handling policies across all areas.
• Monitor PAR levels for all food items.
• Coordinate tasks with other departments and mentor the team.
