Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking an Inventory Executive to manage vehicle inventory across branches and channels. You will oversee VIN management, allocate vehicles for marketing campaigns, and ensure timely shipments while supporting the sales team in liquidating aged stock.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall vehicle inventory and support all AACO branches and channels.
• Perform VIN management through daily sales reports and inventory tracking.
• Allocate vehicles for special marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Follow up on new vehicle shipment clearance from the port and ensure timely processing.
• Assist the sales team and management in liquidating aged stock.
• Issue Internal Order Confirmations (IOC) for accessory fitments.
• Order, allocate, and manage showroom display vehicles.
• Monitor and expedite the movement of inactive stock with Spare Parts and Service teams.
• Coordinate with PDI and Logistics teams to ensure urgent deliveries are completed.
• Prepare and generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
• Follow up on invoiced vehicles not yet delivered and resolve outstanding cases.

The Inventory Executive is responsible for managing vehicle inventory across all branches and sales channels, overseeing VIN management, coordinating vehicle allocations for marketing activities, and monitoring vehicle shipments. The role supports the sales team in liquidating aged inventory, manages showroom display vehicles, ensures timely vehicle deliveries, and prepares inventory-related reports. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient inventory operations across the organization.

• Manage overall vehicle inventory and support all AACO branches and channels, including Nissan, Retail, Fleet, Dealer, and Re-Export operations.
• Perform VIN management through daily sales reports and inventory tracking.
• Allocate vehicles for special marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Follow up on new vehicle shipment clearance from the port and ensure timely processing.
• Assist the sales team and management in liquidating aged stock.
• Issue Internal Order Confirmations (IOC) for accessory fitments.
