Qualifications

Job role

We are recruiting an Inventory Controller who oversees the accuracy movement and management of vehicles parts and accessories within the dealership or automotive group This role ensures stock integrity prevents losses and optimizes inventory levels to support sales service and aftersales operations

Your responsibilities

• Monitor and verify all incoming and outgoing stock of vehicles and parts
• Conduct routine stock audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy
• Investigate discrepancies and take corrective actions
• Maintain optimal stock levels by analyzing sales forecasts and demand trends
• Support procurement planning by identifying fast-moving and slow-moving items
• Coordinate stock replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking
• Liaise with sales service and parts departments to align inventory availability with operational needs
• Ensure timely updates to stock status for internal teams and management
• Assist in planning promotions stock rotations and showroom vehicle allocation
• Prepare and present detailed inventory reports for management decision-making
• Maintain accurate documentation of stock movements adjustments and transfers
• Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer standards
• Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to minimize loss and damage
• Ensure proper storage and handling of vehicles parts and accessories
• Support audit requirements and regulatory compliance related to stock
