Job summary

FUJIFILM Middle East & Africa is seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist to elevate messaging across the organization. You will manage the intranet portal, create content, and connect employees across NOCs while shaping internal and external communications and supporting events.

Collaborate with regional and global teams, develop newsletters, and coordinate with agencies to strengthen our brand and culture.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or a related field.
• Strong writing and content development skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, and other simple design tools.
• Experience managing an intranet or internal web portal, including creating and updating pages.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments and regions.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting internal & external events.

Responsibilities

• Manage the intranet web portal, including creating new pages as per department requests.
• Develop and maintain intranet content to inform and connect employees across all NOCs.
• Support internal and external communication strategies and campaigns.
• Partner with departments across the organization to share updates and successes company-wide.
• Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Assist with content creation for newsletters, announcements, and other internal communication channels.
• Support planning and execution of internal and external events.
• Support PR and external communication activities as needed.
• Manage relationships with agencies and vendors where required.
