Job summary

SteerAI is seeking a motivated student or fresh graduate for a 6-month internship to build an intelligent monitoring and analytics system for our autonomous vehicle fleet in Abu Dhabi. You will design and implement a data pipeline to collect vehicle sensor telemetry and develop a monitoring tool to identify issues early.

You will maintain clean code with proper API integration, write comprehensive user documentation, and deliver training materials.

Qualifications

About the role

We are seeking a motivated student / fresh graduate for a 6 Months internship to help build an intelligent monitoring and analytics system for our autonomous vehicle fleet. You will build a data pipeline and a monitoring tool that helps identify potential issues early.

Key Responsibilities

Build a data pipeline to collect and structure vehicle sensor telemetry for analysis

Develop a monitoring model and working dashboard that flags potential issues early

Maintain clean, documented code with proper API integration practices

Write comprehensive user documentation and training materials

Conduct a training session for the operations team on using the tool

Qualifications

Fresh graduate or final year student in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field

Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and rule-based or trend-based analysis

Familiarity with Python programming language

Basic understanding of APIs and web services

Familiarity with data analysis (e.g., pandas/NumPy) and basic charting or dashboard-building

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly

User experience (UX) mindset and ability to design intuitive interfaces

Ability to identify automation opportunities and translate them into technical solutions

Strong communication skills to understand user needs and workflows
