Job summary

Workato in Ajman, United Arab Emirates, invites applications for an experienced Chef to join our kitchen on a full-time basis.

You will develop daily menu plans, order ingredients from approved suppliers, and ensure all dishes meet our high quality standards while maintaining cleanliness and safety. The role requires at least 3 years of professional kitchen experience and knowledge of international cuisine, with occasional evening or weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen setting.
• Knowledgeable in international cuisine.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast paced environment while still producing high quality dishes.
• Flexible schedule with occasional evening or weekend shifts available.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute daily menu plans, including appetizers, main courses and desserts.
• Order ingredients from approved suppliers as needed.
• Ensure that all food served meets our high quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen area.
• Provide guidance and support to junior kitchen staff members.
• Ensure efficient kitchen operations by adhering to the set policies and procedures.
