Job summary

India Abroad in Ajman, UAE, is seeking a qualified Chef to join our restaurant team. You will be responsible for preparing high quality dishes, developing new recipes, and ensuring food safety standards are met in a fast-paced kitchen.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience, with international cuisine, and can work under pressure. English and/or Arabic communication is required, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Salary: 1300 AED/month.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef.
• Experience with preparation of international cuisine.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work with high pressure and fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English (and/or Arabic).
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.
• Immigrant status is open to consideration.

Responsibilities

• The Chef is responsible for preparing high quality dishes that meet the restaurant's standards.
• Creating new recipes, ensuring food safety standards are met.
• Ordering supplies, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
• Ensuring all orders are fulfilled accurately and timely.
