Job summary

Sailglobal has been engaged by a leading telecommunications and IoT company to support hiring for a technical role in the UAE. The job focuses on collecting customer feedback, testing hardware and software, and providing after-sales support for CPE devices in a fast-paced, international environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in network/telecom engineering, speaks English fluently (Arabic a plus), and has hands-on experience with 4G/5G product testing and ACS remote management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in network/communication engineering.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; able to respond to emergencies.
• High sense of responsibility, execution, and professionalism.
• Energetic and able to handle high-intensity work.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• English is a must; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience in 4G/5G product testing; familiarity with ACS is preferred.
• Familiarity with routers, CPE/ONT, and related telecom devices.

Responsibilities

• Collect and summarize customers' feedback on product and technology issues and track resolution until closure.
• Responsible for product testing, including hardware and software testing; provide timely feedback on results.
• Communicate with customers on products and technologies to enhance satisfaction.
• Responsible for after-sales support, including on-site maintenance and product installation.

Description:

1. 1. Collect and summarize customers' feedback on product and technology-related issues such asrequirements, inquiries, complaints etc., and provide timely, y, correct and complete feedback onthe issues to company, y, track the process of internal resolution and resolution results until thecustomer confirms the closure of the issue.
2. 2. Responsible for product testing ,includes both hardware and software testing and requirestimely and accurate feedback to the company on test results.
3. 3. Communicate with customers on products and technologies, and enhance customersatisfaction.
4. 4. Responsible for aftfter-sales, including but not limited to on-site maintenance,productinstallation, etc.

Job requirements:

1. 1. Majoring in network, communication engineering, electronic information engineering, withbachelor degree or above.
2. 2. Good communication and coordination skills, with good emergency response ability forunexpected events.
3. 3. Strong sense of responsibility, y, strong execution and professionalism.
4. 4. Energetic and able to handle high-intensity work.
5. 5. Ability to work independently, y, manage time effectively, y, and handle multiple taskssimultaneously.

7. 7. Experience in 4/5G product testing, familiarity with CPE remote management(ACS) is preferred .
