Job summary

EY in Dubai seeks a Senior Consultant in Internal Controls and Governance to lead ICFR implementations and governance projects across sectors in MENA. You will plan, manage and deliver high-quality client deliverables while building strong relationships with management and understanding industry drivers.

You will coach junior staff, escalate risks appropriately, and ensure adherence to EY's Q&R guidelines, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication skills; Arabic optional
• Experience leading teams on multiple engagements
• Strong accounting and governance knowledge required
• Ability to mentor junior staff and deliver client deliverables on time

Responsibilities

• Lead ICFR implementation and governance engagements across sectors in MENA.
• Plan, manage and deliver client ICFR and governance projects with high quality deliverables.
• Build and maintain relationships with client management; understand industry drivers.
• Escalate risks and ensure work meets Q&R guidelines; document conclusions.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to a positive learning culture.
