Job summary

Miral Experiences is seeking an experienced Internal Compliance Manager to support the Senior Internal Compliance Manager in ensuring the organization adheres to applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and governance standards.

This role is key to monitoring, assessing, and enhancing compliance frameworks, managing internal control processes, and fostering a culture of integrity and accountability across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in compliance, internal audit, or risk management.
• 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Investigation and report-writing experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 37301, ISO 37001, COSO, etc.
• 1 year experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience managing a team of 2+ members.
• Desirable: knowledge of local/international regulations, leisure/hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Compliance Monitoring & Oversight: implement monitoring plans, assess controls, track breaches, ensure corrective actions.
• Policy & Procedure Management: support policy development, update with regulatory changes, train employees.
• Risk Identification & Mitigation: identify risks, develop Internal Controls Framework, work with units to resolve issues.
• Coordination with Stakeholders: liaison between compliance and operations, coordinate audits and inspections.
• Reporting & Documentation: prepare reports and dashboards, document incidents and risk assessments.
• Training & Awareness: conduct training on compliance, fraud prevention, and ethics.
