Job summary

Miral Experiences seeks an Internal Compliance Specialist to implement and enhance the Compliance Management System aligned with ISO 37301 and governance frameworks. You will perform risk assessments, reviews, and remediation tracking while coordinating with business units and Compliance Champions to uphold corporate policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in accounting/finance/business/risk/ internal audit or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, ACCA, CFE, CISA, CRMA preferred.
• Experience with COSO, ISO 37301, and ISO 37001 frameworks highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance management system implementation and enhancement.
• Conduct risk assessments, gap analyses, and maturity reviews.
• Prepare audit documents, evidence, and management reports for audits/certifications.
• Lead compliance risk workshops and maintain risk registers & action plans.
• Monitor regulatory developments and governance risks affecting the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across procurement, finance, HR, IT, legal, and administration.
• Deliver compliance training and awareness sessions.
