Internal Communications & Change Manager (IT)

Our client is leading financial instituion in the region; they currently have an excellent opening for an experienced Internal Communications specialist to join their IT Governance team. The IT Governance team is responsible for ensuring the organisations processes, policies and decision making structures are in place within the IT environment. This role is a key position as it is responsible for setting the communication strategy to ensure critical information and updates are shared in a consistent, standardized manner within the unit & the wider organisation.

• Experience in LEAN methodologies, practices, approach
• Superb Communication techniques and business writing skills

• Ability to manage and organize large scale events whilst multi-tasking
