Job summary

Confidential seeks an experienced Internal Auditor (Arabic Speaker) to assess internal controls, risk management, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance across real estate, property management, retail, and facilities management in the UAE.

You will lead risk-based audit plans, conduct audits, report findings, and ensure independence and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment; fluent Arabic and strong English required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of internal audit experience in the UAE.
• Fluent Arabic is mandatory with strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute risk-based internal audit plans.
• Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits across departments and business units.
• Evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and recommend process improvements.
• Review procurement, finance, HR, payroll, leasing, contracts, and asset management processes.
• Assess compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Identify potential fraud, irregularities, and control weaknesses.
• Prepare professional audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Conduct special audits and investigations as authorized.
• Follow up on corrective action plans and report outstanding issues.
• Maintain independence, objectivity, and strict confidentiality.
