Qualifications

• Education: Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: 7+ years of Internal Audit experience, UAE preferred.
• Core knowledge: Internal controls, risk assessment, audit procedures, compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute comprehensive internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and operational processes.
• Identify potential financial and operational risks and recommend mitigation plans.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable insights and present findings to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial frameworks, and local regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate across departments to improve governance, transparency, and efficiency.
