Job summary

Confidential in the UAE is seeking Arabic-speaking Audit professionals to join an immediate government audit project. Positions available at Associate, Senior, Assistant Manager, and Manager levels with external or internal audit experience on government or public-sector assignments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in external or internal audit, assurance or risk advisory.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, ISA, internal controls and audit methodologies.

Responsibilities

Perform audit and assurance assignments for government and public-sector entities.
Plan and execute audit procedures in line with professional standards.
Review financial statements, processes, controls and supporting documentation.
Identify audit risks, control weaknesses and areas for improvement.
Prepare audit working papers, findings and reports.
Conduct fieldwork, interviews and discussions with client stakeholders.
Evaluate internal controls and compliance with policies, regulations and standards.
Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management.
For Senior Manager level: supervise audit teams, review workpapers and manage engagements.
Ensure timely completion of audit deliverables within deadlines.
