Job summary

Al Gurg Group is seeking an Internal Audit Supervisor to conduct full-scope audits and investigations across Group entities under the Annual Audit Plan. You will assess control design, asset safeguarding, and policy compliance while supporting ERM initiatives and maintaining risk registers.

The role involves reviewing processes, testing transactions, and leading audits to improve operational efficiency. You will work with process owners to identify risks, prepare risk registers, and draft

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline.
• Qualified CA, CPA, ACCA or CMA.
• CIA, CISA or CFE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Undertake audits per Annual Audit Plan and perform fieldwork.
• Review processes and controls; propose enhancements.
• Support ERM planning; maintain risk registers.
• Draft audit reports; obtain management responses.
• Review and approve transactions as per policy.
