Transguard Group seeks a Senior Manager - Internal Audit to join our Internal Audit team at the Headquarters in DAFZA. This on-site role focuses on designing risk controls, shaping audit methodologies, and leading cross-functional assurance initiatives across Finance, Operations, and IT.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years in internal audit, including 3–5 years in leadership, with CIA/CPA/CISA certifications and strong stakeholder management to influence executive leadership and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional certifications (CIA, CPA, CISA) required; additional certifications in risk management or data analytics are a plus.
• Deep understanding of enterprise risk management, governance frameworks, and strategic alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and governance priorities.
• Coach audit teams on identifying control weaknesses and developing sustainable solutions.
• Ensure department-wide compliance with IIA Standards and Code of Ethics.
