Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a recent graduate/final-year student for the MEA Pricing Excellence role in Dubai. You will support benchmarking, market intelligence, and pricing capability initiatives across the MEA zone, contributing to governance and knowledge management.

Responsibilities include maintaining pricing content, PMO support for upskilling projects, and developing dashboards with MarCom collaboration. Exposure to Power BI/Tableau is a plus.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Strong interest in market intelligence, pricing, and project management.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint or similar tools is a plus.

• Document the end-to-end pricing journey, including processes, tools, systems, and governance.
• Maintain Pricing Academy content, learning resources, and the Pricing SharePoint site.

• Drive MEA Pricing & Quotation community engagement through knowledge-sharing and communication activities.
• Develop pricing communication materials, dashboards, and presentations with MarCom.

Role Purpose

Support the MEA Pricing Excellence team in driving competitive benchmarking, market intelligence, and pricing capability initiatives. The role combines research, analytics, knowledge management, and PMO support to strengthen commercial insights, pricing knowledge, and upskilling programs across the zone.

Key Deliverables

• Lead competitive benchmarking and market intelligence data collection, analysis, and mapping.

Preferred Background

• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint, or similar digital tools is a plus.
