We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Intern - Bartender to join our hospitality team in Ras Al‑Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical bartending skills in a dynamic bar environment while providing exceptional service to our guests. You will work alongside experienced bartenders, learning the craft of mixology and hospitality excellence while contributing to a positive and efficient bar operation.

• Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards with precision and attention to detail
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing knowledgeable recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar station, including equipment, glassware, and supplies
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation of beverages and bar supplies
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly
• Collaborate with bar staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of alcoholic beverages in compliance with UAE regulations
• Support senior bartenders in training and learning best practices for customer engagement and drink preparation
• Respond promptly to guest requests and address any concerns with professionalism and courtesy
• Contribute to maintaining a welcoming and efficient bar atmosphere
