Job summary

AtkinsRéalis invites an Experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the UAE, handling post‑contract commercial management on high‑profile projects across hospitality, residential and infrastructure sectors. You will oversee re‑measurement, interim/final accounts, and monthly cost reporting while coordinating with design and commercial teams.

Ideal candidates have a degree in Quantity Surveying, at least five years of post‑degree experience, and proficiency with CostX or

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post Contract administration including re-measurement, interim and final accounts, and payment applications.
• Prepare Monthly Cost Reports, variations, and contractors' claims.
• Manage provisional sums, prime costs, and sub-contractor payments; attend design and commercial meetings.

Overview

AtkinsRéalis are currently looking for experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyors to join our team to work on newly awarded projects across varying sectors and various locations within UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within in UAE.

Your role

Post Contract

Commercial Contract Administration incl re-measurement, interim and final account payment
application assessments, Monthly Cost Reports, variations, contractors claims, Provisional Sums,
Prime Costs, Nominated Sub-Contractors, insurances and bonds management, attendance of design and commercial meetings etc.

About You

• Previous experience of FIDIC Contracts preferred.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognised university.
• Min 5 years post-degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management.
• Experience in one of the following key sectors: hospitality, residential, buildings, infrastructure etc..
• Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 4 years.
• Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar is required.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
