Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking a skilled MEP Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate estimates for MEP works in interior fit-out projects. The role requires reviewing specifications, drawings, and BOQs to develop detailed cost estimates.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of UAE experience in interior/fit-out MEP estimation, with strong HVAC, electrical, and plumbing knowledge. FF/FA experience is a plus, and proficiency in estimation software and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of UAE experience in MEP estimation for interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience with FF/FA systems is a plus.
• Proficient in estimation software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for MEP works in interior fit-out projects.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure alignment.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare value engineering proposals as needed.
