Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, mood boards, space plans, colour palettes, FF&E selections, and material boards.
• Prepare detailed drawings, shop drawings, 3D renderings, and technical documentation.
• Produce and coordinate reflected ceiling plans covering lighting, HVAC, fire-fighting systems, speakers, and other services.
• Prepare joinery and gypsum shop drawings for internal and external projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Review subcontractor drawings and ensure they comply with approved designs.
• Resolve drawing discrepancies and site issues while maintaining the original design intent.
• Revise layouts, elevations, and perspectives based on client feedback.
• Source materials, obtain competitive prices, negotiate with suppliers, and follow up on deliveries.
• Attend coordination meetings and follow up on submissions, approvals, and action items.
