Job summary

LOOTAH HOLDING invites an experienced interior designer to concept and develop functional, aesthetically compelling designs for residential and retail fit-out projects in Dubai. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture.
• 3–5 years of UAE experience in residential and/or retail interior design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, Adobe Suite.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, design codes, and local authority regulations.
• Excellent space planning and detailing skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and project teams to understand design requirements lifestyle needs and space usage.
• Develop creative and practical interior design concepts and space plans for villas apartments and retail outlets.
• Create mood boards material palettes 3D renders and presentation decks.
• Prepare detailed drawings including furniture layouts reflected ceiling plans lighting layouts and joinery details.
• Select and specify materials finishes FF E and coordinate with procurement and suppliers.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with budget constraints and feasibility from an execution perspective.
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams during execution for design compliance.
• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve issues.
• Stay updated with design trends materials and retail brand requirements.
• Maintain organized project documentation and timely submission of deliverables.
