Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Interior Design Inspector/Project Manager to lead on-site inspections of interior design projects, ensuring adherence to approved plans, specifications, and building codes.

You will review architectural drawings and submittals, document all findings with detailed notes and photos, and work closely with contractors and designers to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in interior design project management or inspection in consultancy.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex architectural and interior design drawings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of interior design projects to verify adherence to plans, specs, and building codes.
• Document inspection findings with notes and photographic evidence of deviations or non-compliance.
• Review architectural drawings and design specs to ensure accurate implementation.
