Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in interior design drafting for high-rise or residential projects in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, joinery fabrication, and detailing.
- Familiarity with UAE authority standards including Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, ADM, and others.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed interior design drawings including layouts, plans, sections, elevations, and joinery details.
- Translate conceptual design intent into accurate technical drawings and tender packages.
- Develop material specifications, finishes schedules, and coordinated ID documentation.
- Review and coordinate architectural and MEP drawings to ensure full integration of ID elements.
- Create material boards and detailed design documentation aligned with project requirements.
- Support design teams with updated drawings during all project stages.
- Ensure compliance with authority standards and project guidelines.
