Job summary

Azizi Development UAE is seeking a High-Rise Residential Interior Designer for luxury projects in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for developing interior design concepts and ensuring compliance with UAE design codes.

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in high-rise residential interiors, a Bachelor's degree, and strong technical documentation skills. This position offers a competitive salary and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in high-rise residential interior design within UAE.
• Strong background in design studios or consultancy environments.
• Proven experience managing projects across multiple phases.
• Strong technical detailing and documentation skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight project timelines.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, sketches, and presentation materials.
• Prepare detailed design documentation including GA drawings, RCPs, sections, elevations, and millwork packages.
• Coordinate with architecture, MEP, and structural teams to ensure design intent.
• Assist in preparation and review of DD and IFC packages to high technical standards.
• Design within approved budgets and support cost optimization where required.
