Qualifications

• Proven General Manager, Managing Director, CEO or senior leader with full P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operations with multiple functions reporting to the GM.
• Assume full P&L and commercial responsibility.
• Lead a company-wide transformation and turnaround programme.
• Review cost base and overhead structure; implement improvements.
• Set and execute the overall business strategy.
• Drive operational efficiency, profitability and sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with senior executive leadership.
• Lead across print, digital/AV solutions and IT/managed services.
