Job summary

Domino Printing Sciences in Dubai seeks an Interim Applications Transformation Manager on a 3‑month fixed‑term contract to lead the Business Analyst and Functional Consultant teams backing our ERP programme and broader business transformation initiatives.

You will oversee solution delivery, releases, cutovers, hypercare and BAU transition, working with project managers, technical teams, ERP leads and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven ERP programme delivery experience.
• Experience leading Business Analyst and Functional Consultant teams.
• Strong governance, change and release management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle ERP delivery across multiple sites.
• Manage and develop Business Analyst and Functional Consultant teams.
• Oversee prioritisation and resource allocation via JIRA.
• Ensure solutions align with approved business processes and governance.
• Lead release, cutover, hypercare, and BAU transitions.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Support ERP roadmap delivery, including Redwood adoption.
• Maintain Oracle EBS stability during transition.
• Act as escalation point for delivery issues.
