Job summary

Wood Group plc is seeking an experienced Interface Manager for an ADNOC project in Abu Dhabi. You will lead and coordinate interfaces across PMC, EPC contractors, engineering teams, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of technical activities.

Responsibilities include identifying and resolving interface issues, facilitating cross-team collaboration, and monitoring deliverables to align scope and schedules with ADNOC standards, ensuring safe and timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate, and control all technical, contractual, and operational interfaces between ADNOC, the PMC, EPC contractors, engineering teams, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve interface issues and conflicts to ensure seamless integration of project activities.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across disciplines and contractors to align scope, schedules, and technical requirements.
• Monitor interface deliverables and ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and contractual obligations.
• Proactively mitigate interface risks and gaps to support safe, efficient, and timely project delivery.
