Job summary

Wood plc seeks an experienced Interface Manager to lead engineering interfaces across multiple centers and contractors for critical oil, gas, and energy projects. You will identify interface issues, drive collaboration, and ensure alignment of scope, schedules, and technical requirements with ADNOC standards and contractual obligations.

The role emphasizes proactive risk mitigation, delivery of interface deliverables, and leadership of a 50+ engineering team within a dynamic project environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Typically 20 years in a project delivery environment.
• Experience in mega ADNOC project is required.
• Strong understanding of technical work scopes and commercial aspects of projects.
• Change management and contract knowledge essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team coordinating engineering multidiscipline inputs across multiple execution centers.
• Appraises Project Engineering team on execution principles and contractual bases.
• Prepares Discipline Design Instructions and manpower plans; coordinates requisition scopes.
• Interfaces with discipline managers for resources and schedules.
• Creates work plans for discipline interfaces with milestones and deliverables.
