Job summary

Mentor IMC Group seeks an Integrity Maintenance Engineer on a contract basis in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The candidate will participate in criticality studies, lubrication planning, and global maintenance program development, supporting oil and gas production facilities.

The role requires 5–12 years in maintenance, B.Sc. in mechanical/instrumentation/electrical engineering, and strong English communication. Multinational teamwork and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or equivalent in mechanical, instrumentation or electrical engineering.
• 5–12 years' experience in maintenance for oil & gas installations.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office.

INTEGRITY MAINTENANCE ENGINEER is required by our Client an Oil and Gas Contractor to be assigned on a contract basis located in Abu Dhabi UAE

STARTING DATE ASAPDURATION 2 years renewable SCHEDULE 48 hours week - Monday to Friday

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Participate in the topo-functional build up Lead the criticality study and prepare the criticality Perform the optimization study on equipment not treated by RCM Prepare for each individual equipment a lubricant schedule and prepare a global lubricant schedule program plan Maintenance plans development review and optimization Prepare and issue a global maintenance plan including Running planLubrication planOn-condition monitoring planMaintenance tasks and associated schedulesStandard Maintenance proceduresSpecific maintenance proceduresMaintenance documents and sheets to be linked to the task s requirementSpare parts associated with the maintenance operationsPrepare the condition-based maintenance manual Prepare the maintenance dossiers Prepare the first level maintenance activity document Prepare the spading book

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

B.Sc. Mechanical/Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.5 / 12 years' experience in maintenance field on oil & gas production installations.Computer literacy is required.Ability to work in a multinational team.
