Job summary

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company in Abu Dhabi seeks a seasoned integrity professional to coordinate and maintain the Integrity Management System (IMS), ensuring KPI-driven monitoring and compliant procedures across all facilities.

You will support the Asset Integrity policy, oversee IMP updates, perform data quality checks, and collaborate with maintenance, operations and inspection teams to uphold asset integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering required.
• Experience with asset integrity and IMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IMS database/applications maintenance and reporting/auditing.
• Coordinate data gathering and quality checks between Integrity, Maintenance, Inspections and Operations.
• Oversee issue/update of the Integrity Management Plan (IMP) via IMS and assess effectiveness.
• Ensure integrity requirements for new plants/equipment and prepare technical reports.
• Update IMS procedures; coordinate risk assessments and threat analyses for pipelines.
• Monitor technical integrity; flag overdue items and failures to Operating Authority.
• Identify issues and coordinate resolutions; determine IMP reassessment intervals.
• Follow-up on recommendations through site visits and ensure completion.
• Establish consistent integrity reporting formats and liaise with disciplines.
• Participate in HAZOP studies and RCA investigations.
• Coordinate audits and track action items with departments.
• Prepare quarterly Integrity reports for Management & Shareholders.
