Job summary

ADNOC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced professional to oversee Asset Integrity and Process Safety across projects. You will ensure governance, monitor integrity activities, and support audits throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and a minimum of 9 years in integrity management in oil and gas, with strong knowledge of lifecycle processes, KPI measurement, and HSE practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering required.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in integrity management in oil & gas.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle-based project management.
• Knowledge of HSE procedures and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in AI&PS reviews and ensure compliance of integrity management processes and procedures.
• Act as focal point for technical integrity function for projects and to ensure that technical integrity verification is carried out as per requirement and to track/report closure of findings.
• Focal point for the Asset Integrity & Process Safety standard within Projects including Integrity Management internal assessments and Verification & Measurement.
• Assist the OE Division in determining the company AI&PS strategy and ensure cascade and implementation of relevant policies and procedures across Projects.
• Participate in developing alternative ideas to improve the existing AI&PS procedures and services and provide inputs and suggestions for continuous improvement of current practices.
• Prepare periodical progress reports on the AI&PS Project KPI1s to keep top management informed about the progress of all initiatives and to facilitate decision making.
