Job summary

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company is seeking a Compliance Investigator Support professional to assist the investigations team. You will gather and analyze evidence, prepare reports, and help deliver training to strengthen organizational understanding of investigations.

Role involves maintaining confidential records, escalating risks, and collaborating with E&C teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication of outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in a reputable international law firm, or Big 4/Boutique Forensic/Investigations practice and/or in-house legal or compliance department, preferably in oil & gas.
• Excellent English (written and spoken); Arabic fluency is an advantage.
• Knowledge of applicable legislations and regulations.
• Knowledge of business and international best practices.
• Specialist certification and/or trainings are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the compliance investigations team by gathering and analyzing evidence related to potential breaches.
• Assist in preparation of reports and presentations communicating investigation outcomes.
• Deliver compliance training and awareness sessions.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records for investigations.
• Support Business Integrity & Assurance and escalate risks as needed.
• Collaborate with E&C teams, stakeholders, and LGC for end-to-end support.
